Tarion is coming to present the 2026 Fall Builder Update!
Builder Updates are a great opportunity for you to learn about what's been happening at Tarion, ask questions and receive assistance on any Tarion-related matters. You'll also be able to meet with the Industry Relations Team and other Tarion staff one-on-one.
Please join them for the session where the agenda will include;
What's Been Happening at Tarion, where we will review recent and upcoming changes at Tarion and refresh you on existing requirements, and we will also review results from the Customer Satisfaction Surveys; Warranted or Not (yes – it’s back!) where we will go through real life conciliation cases and review if they were covered by warranty or not - and why; Warranty Refresher, where we will talk about Tarion processes that can help with customer service, such as guidance on exceptions to chargeability, lessons learned and best practices when managing warranty claims, and a review of other processes at Tarion to support you; and Claim Stats for 2025.
After our presentation, they will open the floor for questions and a discussion session.
