Simcoe County’s homebuilding sector is changing rapidly as Industry 4.0 matures and Industry 5.0 emerges, bringing people and advanced technology together on every job site. Georgian College is meeting this moment by aligning training with real-world site conditions and the tools, systems and processes that are defining the future of construction.

In this keynote, you’ll hear how Georgian is adapting and innovating, get an inside look at the expansion of the Centre for Skilled Trades at the Barrie Campus, and see how close collaboration with industry is shaping a workforce that’s ready for what comes next. Leading Georgian’s showcase will be Dr. Rebecca Sabourin, Dean, Arts, Engineering, Trades and Technology, David Bell, Associate Vice President, Advancement and Alumni Relations, along with other college leaders and talented students.

Guests will also experience hands-on demonstrations of cutting-edge technology during the opening networking hour — an evening not to be missed.

 Your registration includes a delicious meal, great speaker, networking & camaraderie with fellow members! 

Every Member Company is entitled 1 dinner meeting / meal per membership. If you would like to include additional reps from your companies, or a colleague;  these additional meals will be invoiced $60. pp If you are bringing a prospective new member / guest that are looking to join SCHBA they will be no charge.
